RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservations must be in writing and sent by fax or e-mail to the following:

Reservations must be prepaid according to the following policies:
Low Season:
- 50% Deposit: At time of Reservation.
- 50% Balance: 15 days before arrival date.
High Season:
- 50% Deposit : At time of Reservation.
- 50% Balance: 30 days before arrival date.
Easter, New Year, Christmas:
- 50% Deposit: At time of Reservation.
- 50% Balance: 60 days before arrival date.
(Reservations received inside the term when the Balance is due will have to be paid in full upon
reservation.)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Deposits must be made under the name of GCS Gold Coast Services S.A to the following account:
• Banco Nacional de Costa Rica Dollar account number 100-02-155-600254-0 under the name
of “GCS Gold Coast Services S.A”
• International Wire transfer: (Information will be sent upon request.)
• Credit Card Payments will be charged once we receive a filled Credit Card Authorization Form,
which will be sent upon request.
Proof of deposit, wire transfer or credit card forms must be sent by fax to (506) 2670-1406 or
scanned and sent to the following e-mail: rentals@gcscr.com.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
All cancellations must be received in writing at our reservation department to the following:

Low Season
- Cancellations received between 21 and 15 days before the arrival of the clients, a 50% of the
whole amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days before the arrival date of the client or “No Shows”,
the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.
High Season
- Cancellations received between 45 and 30 days before the arrival of the clients, a 50% of the
whole amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days before the arrival date of the client or “No Shows”,
the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.
Easter, New Year’s, Christmas:
- Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days before the arrival of the clients, a 50% of the
whole amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations received less than 45 days before the arrival date of the client or “No Shows”,
the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.
IMPOSSIBILITY TO PERFORM
GCS Gold Coast Services, S.A. and it’s representatives are not responsible for not being able to
comply to our services when resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or any circumstances
beyond our control or services offered by third parties.
