The Sandwich Panel consists of a modular panel, made up of a nucleus of integrated heat insulation, in thicknesses that go from 2cm to 12cm, covered by two steel layers galvanized in caliber #26 with interior of styrofoam in raw material of high quality from the prestigious brand LG. It is widely used as a knockdown building material because of its corrosion resistance, weather resistance, processability and economic characteristics.

ESP Panel is an economical knockdown insulation product that consists of a coating of molten zinc and galvanized color shreds, processed with silicon polyester that has high durability and weatherability. It has inside packing with expanded poliestyren that has high density fire retardation.

Raw Material & Fabrication

The company imports the raw material from Eastern countries like Korea; being this one our greatest suppliers. Galvanized laminae, channels and styrofoam are some of the materials that we import for the manufacturing of the Sandwich Panel. The assembly and the manufacture are made in our plant located in Costa Rica with national manual labor offering that way our Sandwich Panel.
