Because every property is different, we have structured a range of additional services that are available on request.
We provide property maintenance services along the Guancaste Gold Coast of Costa Rica in the following areas: Playa Panama, Playa Hermosa, Playas del Coco, Ocotal and Bahia Pez Vela.
Timely and competent maintenance is key in protecting your investment. Our goal is to provide you with qualified maintenance service for the lowest cost. All repair and maintenance services are performed by independent, outside vendors and contractors, or by company employees that have been properly trained to deliver specific tasks. We Locate and screen reliable and qualified subcontractors reviewing their service history, ability to furnish necessary materials and equipment, and their demonstrated experience and the ability to provide the best possible service at the best price. Routine preventive maintenance and repairs are performed on a monthly basis. For any major job, we obtain written estimates from three different companies, notify you, and obtain your approval before we proceed. We monitor all contracts, provisions, payment schedules and performance schedules in order to ensure the quality of the work performed. Each job is fully documented.
